THE CRUDE TRUTH Ep. 32 Le’Ann Callihan and Drew Guntert of the NAPE Expo

Rey Trevino [00:00:00] Where deals happen we’re going to talk about that and much more on this episode of The Crude Truth.

Rey Trevino [00:01:04] Well, Good morning, Good evening, Good afternoon. Thank you for watching whatever time of the day it is for you while you listen or watch this episode of The Crude Truth. Once again, please be sure to Like, Subscribe send me fully five-star reviews and if you’ve got any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask anything about the oil and gas industry. I’ve had a great opportunity to get a few questions on LinkedIn and I enjoy answering them and I enjoy receiving questions, so please don’t hesitate to send me a question by way.

Rey Trevino [00:01:39] Once again, as you always hear, I’m just so excited because one, when you have a job that you know you’d love every day, you enjoy it, and that’s producing and drilling oil wells every day, producing oil and drilling oil wells.

Rey Trevino [00:01:52] However, the crude truth gives me an opportunity to just meet new people and then also meet people that love the industry or that are great entrepreneurs and today is no different. Today I’ve got two people that have been in the industry for a very long time as much as I hate to say that but also this group has been around for a very long time. Today my guests are Le’Ann Callihan and Drew Garnaut. Guys, how are you?

Le’Ann Callihan [00:02:23] All good. We’re great, thank you.

Rey Trevino [00:02:25] Man What? It’s Guntert, I apologize.

Drew Guntert [00:02:27] No worries.

Rey Trevino [00:02:28] You know, a few weeks ago or a couple of months back, I reached out to Le’Ann I was like, Man, I want you guys to come on you’ll just have another successful summit in February and it was the weather was horrible that I couldn’t even go. But yet you guys had an amazing turnout again this year. So, you know, let’s talk about this past year and then maybe talk a little bit about you guys and just so we all come from y’all’s background.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:02:55] Yeah, absolutely. So as you said, we had a great show in February despite the weather. You know, we were in the process of kind of bouncing back from COVID and the energy on the floor was fantastic. People were ready to get back to being face to face, to shake hands and really make deals happen.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:03:18] And we were really just truly blessed with the positive feedback that we got. And we’re already planning for 2024 to be bigger and better than ever. You know, it was honestly, it just felt so great to see the faces of the people and people excited about the energy business.

Rey Trevino [00:03:43] Well, that’s good. Drew, what did you think about this past year real quick? Yeah, It was okay.

Drew Guntert [00:03:47] No. I you know, I love Nate every single year. I love the content. I love the deals. You know, it’s a deal-making show. I like watching the prospects come in and people upload their prospects and going through those before the show and seeing the, you know, the upstream projects that are coming to.

Drew Guntert [00:04:06] And I like that you know, one of the big projects this year was Bitcoin mining.

Rey Trevino [00:04:11] Yeah.

Drew Guntert [00:04:11] Cooperating off-grid Bitcoin mining with the prospects coming in so that was a cool vertical to be added back in or it was new to this year. We worked with some great partners to achieve that. So it’s nice to see that. NAPE, you know, being 30 years old can still bring in brand new elements to the industry.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:04:35] Yeah. Oh, I’m just going to say, from my perspective, it’s really cool because I was at the first nap and I’ve been to every single night and to see kind of full circle. So when we started NAPE in 1993, it was the North American Prospect Expo, and some trailblazing land man, you know, got together with this and came up with this crazy idea to bring buyers and sellers together and show their prospects, put their maps on a wall.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:05:06] And I’m going to say, you know, it was met with a lot of, you know, pessimism the one famous old man called it a starving artist sale before we had the show. So there were a lot of naysayers but some of our leaders in Apple, Matt Graham, Marty Searcy, you probably know these names, and then our executive vice president, Jack Deeter at the time who was leading Apple, they just, you know, pushed through and we had 70 booths and about seven or 800 people and then today, you know, pre-COVID we had 12,000 people. And even this year, you know, with the weather, I mean, we were topping over 8000, you know.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:06:01] And so to see it come full circle and then we even add elements such as renewables and Bitcoin, and we actually even had a couple of solar deals that were done on the show floor. Not only oil and gas, you know, we are all about energy expansion. And so just as I said before, it just I am thrilled that everyone is still excited about coming.

Rey Trevino [00:06:28] I think everyone is and you know, it is you know, my father’s been in the industry since the late eighties, so it’s like NAPE is something that you do. It’s like, what is it? You know let’s go. But, you know, you mentioned that you’ve been there since the first one in 1993.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:06:44] Yes.

Rey Trevino [00:06:45] First of all, I’m not even there’s no way but let’s talk a little bit about how you got started in NAPE Le’Ann and how that’s, you know, and go from there.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:06:55] Yeah, absolutely. So I actually am a horned frog. And so I was finishing my studies at TCU and I was able one of my instructors helped me get an internship at APL and it was the American Association of Petroleum Landman at the time. And when they introduced this internship, I was like, What is that? Because my major was journalism, I had a minor in business going on. I never heard what a lineman was, and so I took the internship. Well, I’ll tell you, this is kind of a funny story. So I had two choices I had Neiman Marcus, you know, being in marketing and, you know, kind of squirting the perfume on the people and they come in the door.

Rey Trevino [00:07:42] Yes.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:07:43] And I really wanted that internship. I wanted to work at Neiman Marcus it was for $10 an hour. And, you know, as a college student back in 1988 and $10 an hour for an internship, it was huge.

Rey Trevino [00:07:59] Right.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:07:59] And they said so they presented that internship was out, this 1 to 1, that’s one and they said or this one with the American Association of Petroleum Landman and I was like, okay and I was like, well, and they go, and that one is $5 an hour, I was like, okay.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:08:14] And so I go home and my mom, she’s a nice Christian woman. And she was like, I was telling her about, like, I really want that Neiman Marcus job, I really want that Neiman Marcus job. She’s when you really just need to pray about it in whatever you know, whatever’s the best will be the best.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:08:30] And so I got the APL internship for $5 an hour and needless to say, my mom was right and it was the right decision because I’ve been at APL ever since. And so through APL, I was able to be on the advisory board or committee for the Night Bow.

Rey Trevino [00:08:51] Wow.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:08:51] Yeah. So yeah.

Rey Trevino [00:08:53] I can’t imagine, you know, you talk about just Neiman’s real quick you know, I picture the one of their original mall before it moved over there.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:09:00] And that was it, that was the.

Rey Trevino [00:09:02] I remember that and you know, every Christmas you get the ladies there that are, hey, don’t forget to try this perfume or this, and what a 90 difference internship.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:09:12] That’s Right

Rey Trevino [00:09:13] All we would have planned god had his store because.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:09:15] Yeah,.

Rey Trevino [00:09:16] You’ve been there for 30 years.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:09:17] Yes.

Rey Trevino [00:09:18] I mean that’s I mean, that’s The Crude Truth. I’m sorry.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:09:20] Yeah, it’s The Crude Truth. That’s Right.

Rey Trevino [00:09:23] And what a journey that has been, Drew, You haven’t been there not quite as long.

Drew Guntert [00:09:28] No.

Rey Trevino [00:09:29] But you’ve been there also, partner ten years yourself.

Drew Guntert [00:09:32] Yeah. No, it was you know, it was a very interesting time. I mean, a lot of graduate college come down here, get a few smaller jobs, just, you know, to pay the rent and everything. And then, you know, it’s during the shell boom and stuff. So everybody was kind of like oil and gas companies were just like, we’re like, Hey, you got a college degree, You can come in here and work for us.

Drew Guntert [00:09:55] So I got a hold NAPE got a hold of me during a seminar I was at, and I got up. I think I asked a question and some of the Navy employees kind of came up to me afterward and I’m like, Hey, are you looking for opportunities? And I was like, Yeah. So they’re like, What do you know about Upstream Oil Gas? And I was like, I don’t know anything.

Drew Guntert [00:10:11] But I did have some skill sets and stuff in marketing advertising that they were looking for so they could see applied. But I just took to the industry because it’s such, you know, it’s such a mythological industry, especially when you’re living in Texas.

Drew Guntert [00:10:26] I’m from I’m a Kansas kid so coming from Kansas and, you know, not a huge culture shock, but you come into this agricultural communities to this oil and gas, it feels different. So you come down here and I was just opened up to nape and the prospects and stuff and I really fell in love with that the van element of it in the shows and stuff and these people bringing, you know, these properties to market and that’s really what it is. It’s a marketplace. It’s not a conference, it’s not an expert in a day. It’s people bringing that product to market for the first time, which I think is a very cool element. And you don’t see a lot in this modern world, but it definitely still has a place.

Drew Guntert [00:11:10] So I got started with the international element of Naples international business development, and then Leon had turned me into the operations manager for all alternate, and then she turned me into the director of all names. So thank you. And, you know, it’s just it’s fun working environment stuff. We just think of new elements and what we’re not supplying the industry with every single year. And we try to do something new every single year. So it’s kind of a mix of fun and functionality.

Rey Trevino [00:11:46] Well, you know, you talk about I know your company, you even plan, you know, they budget me every year it’s like, okay, and then companies throw mixers or parties, you know, all there in Houston I mean and the George our brand now is, you know, downwards. I mean, that thing is packed. You know, I was there two years ago and just, I mean, packed full of exhibitors, you know.

Rey Trevino [00:12:10] And so it’s just so cool that you guys have created something that is is just part of it is it’s part of the industry. You can’t you know, people fly in from all over they’re going to be here that they want to talk about the deals.

Rey Trevino [00:12:27] And, you know, you mentioned starving artists and how when it first started and I got to ask this question because I know my dad’s very much old school and, you know, which is you don’t share a lot of information with other companies. that was my question, was that something that was kind of different to be posting up the geology on the wall right there and showing all that? Was that part of the hesitation for people in the beginning?

Le’Ann Callihan [00:12:52] Yes, absolutely. And so, yeah, it was unheard of to be, you know, public about it, if you will.

Rey Trevino [00:13:01] Yes.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:13:02] But, you know, the mindset was to create a central marketplace for buyers and sellers to come together. And instead of your dad having to, you know, fly to Oklahoma City, Colorado, you know, come to Dallas, go over to Fort Worth just to show his one deal, go to NAPE and have all of your target markets right there in one place in two days and let people that you wouldn’t have even thought of see what you have, you know, to show them.

Rey Trevino [00:13:37] Yeah

Le’Ann Callihan [00:13:37] And so and, of course, you know, we were very diligent about, you know, everyone. It was the first night, everyone, you know, obviously had to put on a sexy statement. You know, we have a SCC disclaimer You had to show your driver’s license when you checked in the NAPE. You know, I mean, it was very you know.

Drew Guntert [00:13:59] Still do its digitally now.

Rey Trevino [00:14:00] Yeah, yeah.

Drew Guntert [00:14:01] Yeah.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:14:02] But, you know, it was we were very conscious of making sure that every company had the privacy that they needed and that you only had serious you didn’t have, quote, tire kickers in there. Yeah. In, the show you only had people that were serious, you know, energy players.

Rey Trevino [00:14:25] Yes. No. And I think that’s the difference. You know, you talk about how you had some solar deals close and I want to touch on the alternatives here in a minute. But I think there’s something fun about finding a deal that day and then going and let’s do it, like right now.

Rey Trevino [00:14:40] And the thing that kind of comes to mind in, you know, for everybody out there, I’m not trying to compare the two, but I think about a boat, you know, it’s like if you buy a boat right there at the show, it’s like you get excited you’re like, all right.

Rey Trevino [00:14:51] And so I think I know I see a lot of people at NAPE that just get excited. And then you got guys that are just proud of their projects and they believe in what they’re doing. And I always like the guys that want the most, you know, like, you know, the companies that are like, Oh, I want to take 55%, I need 60% of mine it’s like, okay, you believe in what you got you know, that’s me personally.

Rey Trevino [00:15:13] If somebody comes to me and goes, Hey, man, I’ll keep 20%. I’m like, You know, I believe in your project. I’m like, What’s going on here? And so but, but, but that’s, that’s a whole that’s, that’s a whole other thing on the operating side when I’m looking at deals. Oh.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:15:27] You say you mentioned doing deals on the floor, we actually always have a notary on site. So because there are actual deals you know signed, you know, we have meeting rooms. You know, it’s very exciting because what do you think happens when people it’s not just buying a boat, it’s developing jobs and furthering the economy of America? And so it’s again, it’s you just have to.

Rey Trevino [00:15:57] You got to be there. You got to be there, Yes

Le’Ann Callihan [00:15:59] You have to be there. And one of the things we kind of take into consideration these past few years, you know, with the energy transition, you know, we look at it as an energy expansion. And so we think of ways really at night we are just trying to help commercialize energy, you know, whether it be oil and gas or solar or wind or whatever you know, we’re just again, just trying to bring the players together.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:16:29] And, you know, you have oil and gas companies utilizing wind and solar and so we are a very pro-owning gas prospect, Don’t get me wrong, we’re very proud of that. But we also want to embrace the opportunities because it’s a great opportunity for land, man. You know, land men are positioned perfectly to use their skill sets in all of the different energy sectors.

Rey Trevino [00:16:51] So well you mentioned just meeting there and being educated. I know this year you met you graduated from CCU. I notice you took a bunch of young college students out there. They got Tom Seeing made the drive with a group of them that dangerous drive from here in the freezing and the freeze, I guess we’ll call it.

Rey Trevino [00:17:15] But no, it is a place where you do have to be there and there’s more than just deals that do get done these days. You got a great opportunity to meet people, to learn I mean, look at you two y’all have been both with me for so long.

Rey Trevino [00:17:28]  First of all, in any kind of career, you don’t find people that are there that long anymore, unfortunately. And so for you guys to sit there, tell people, hey, the oil and gas industry is a great long-term place, you’ll mean it? And hey, it’s a great place to network and it’s a great place to be as a whole y’all mean it because y’all live it every day because I think y’all are with NAPE and I think that’s our culture.

Drew Guntert [00:17:50] Well, yeah. And I mean, I think coming into the industry, you don’t know, like I said, you know, coming in younger and, you know, not from like an energy industry state, like I was, you know, it’s a very intimidating thing. But then you get to know the people and stuff and you realize like, the people are so great and the industry, especially oil and gas and they’re so accommodating and they’re so down to earth and they’re great stewards of this great power, this oil and gas and that’s what I try to tell people. And just like these are very ethical, you know, sound people that are taking care of this and take it very seriously and make it as safe and as functional as possible.

Drew Guntert [00:18:33] You know, and to your point about NAPE and stuff, kind of expanding, it’s you know, we talk about the deals, but then, you know, every year we try to add something. So we also think about other deals like, you know, we start implementing the job fair. Yeah. Now we have a lot of fresh MBA students who will join their ranks, come to look for jobs at NAPE.

Drew Guntert [00:18:53] You know, it’s the business conference, it’s the icebreaker, it’s the cocktail reception, it’s the lunches and everything like that. And that’s all included in your pass. And then it’s ending it with the sweepstakes. We always give away a vehicle to end it in a very fun way. So, I mean, there are so many different elements and we keep adding more elements. It’s sometimes it boggles my mind that we do all that within 72 hours.

Rey Trevino [00:19:18] Yeah, it’s a world would.

Drew Guntert [00:19:19] It is.

Rey Trevino [00:19:20] It’s a world would and I know in my younger days I knew the 72 hours was a lot easier. We got a little harder to wear then it was like I kind of needed to go to sleep now and that was pretty.

Drew Guntert [00:19:33] It is interesting to feel that transition. Yeah.

Rey Trevino [00:19:36] And but, you know, you talk about all the great things y’all are doing there at NAPE, but there’s also a lot of stuff that you all do behind the scenes after NAPE that y’all are doing for the industry Drew And I’d like to like, tell people about that, if you don’t mind, because there’s again, so much that you guys are doing behind the scenes.

Rey Trevino [00:19:53] Because you guys, they don’t you know, a lot of people I don’t know. I’m glad you all are here because I don’t know how many people truly have had an opportunity to meet. You guys know of you, too, because y’all are walking around. Y’all are doing stuff the entire time NAPE is going on. So. Oh, so thank you all again for coming to the show. But going back to your talk about all the great things that y’all are doing for different organizations and all that.

Drew Guntert [00:20:16] Absolutely. You know, NAPE is it’s always interesting to see what people think of NAPE and stuff these as great branding it’s a great set up I feel like we run pretty efficiently and the organization is great to work with.

Drew Guntert [00:20:30] But you know, a lot of people don’t know is that you know, NAPE is really a nonprofit for the industry is a good way to put it. It’s like, you know, we take all the sponsorship, all the exhibits, all the revenue from NAPE and stuff. You know, we take than that, and then we give it to our partner organizations Apache, APL, IPA, ACG, and then what they do is that they support programs for the industry.

[00:20:59] So it always makes me have a good feeling of what we’re doing, NAPE is that you know, everybody that goes there and spends money with it, that money goes back to them. It helps them. You know, if you’re a lay and man helps you do your profession, if you’re a geologist, geoscientist, independent petroleum provider, and stuff, we help you with that funding and this partnership we have with those organizations. So it’s a good feeling that NAPE is very purposeful and stuff and we, and we support the industry that supports us. It’s, I mean it’s kind of like a circle of life type thing.

Rey Trevino [00:21:29] Right

Le’Ann Callihan [00:21:31] Yeah. That’s what’s really unique about NAPE is that NAPE is brought to you by the nonprofit organization as True Mission, APL, APD, and APD and all the profits go back to those organizations for education, publications, and advocacy. I mean, we are huge with, you know, government keep up with government relations and legislative and regulatory issues.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:22:05] You know, we have a government officials person affairs person on staff that helps with those issues for Landman you know, AP Double-A is up in Washington and they do tremendous work. And again, SEG for the geophysicists excuse me is very hard to say may have to edit that SEG. And then APG, of course, the geologists. And so, you know, all of our profit goes back. So we start back fresh at ground zero the day after the show.

Drew Guntert [00:22:40] Just good old-fashioned zero-based budgets.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:22:42] Yeah, but speaking of that, our renewals for 2020 for everybody so excited look great. If you go on our website and look at the show floor, it’s incredible.

Rey Trevino [00:22:53] Also, they’re doing stuff on the international level too, as well I correct Drew?

Drew Guntert [00:22:57] Yeah, we’ll have a brand new sponsor coming in. It’s a delegation from the countries of Africa. They’re going to come in and they’re going to be sharing out leasing rounds that they’ll be having coming up in 2024. So we’re super excited about that.

Drew Guntert [00:23:11] With COVID, you know, it really hurt our international people from traveling to the show. So it’s nice to see them coming back in 24 and already making that advanced planning this early. So we’re looking forward to seeing a lot of leasing rounds and a lot of prospect previews and prospect listings from those countries.

Rey Trevino [00:23:31] Well, you know, we end up you also mentioned not only were they already signed up, but you’ve got so many people already registering or getting a booth for 2024, which is still over six months or six months away.

Rey Trevino [00:23:45] And I think that’s awesome. But I want to say that this year you had such it’s not bad, but it’s like such great panels that why would you not want to get ready for next year? You had David Blackman on day one. Now he is a friend of mine, so I got to give that quick little shameless plug in there that was day one.

Rey Trevino [00:24:05] But then that governor’s panel that all had this past year, that was huge. You know, I want to ask you guys and, you know, obviously, I was like, how are you all going to top that one? You know, that to me is what’s going to be exciting about this year. You know, it’s like, how are you going to top this governors panel that you had with all the pro or because there’s all pro-oil, Governor, What I mean by that, all the states have oil production in them and they’re producing oil so that was just awesome.

Rey Trevino [00:24:32] And then alternative, you know, we’ve talked about the solar deals that were done in the Bitcoin mining that is now there. Do you already have people in the Bitcoin lining up for next year, do you know? I mean, because that’s a whole realm in itself these days that I don’t even understand.

Drew Guntert [00:24:49] Yeah, absolutely. I mean, we are going to re-implement the Bitcoin mining pavilion will be it’ll be the Mecca Bitcoin mining hub. But you know it’s, it’s always a process and stuff with these programs and adding Bitcoin miners in but so many of the Bitcoin miners and stuff have such a strong energy background, oil and gas background that they were familiar with Nate and they’re happy to see the opportunity.

Drew Guntert [00:25:12] And you know, the biggest thing too is that we were trying to, you know, trying to be of service for the Bitcoin miners was to be able to have the projects that come in today that are coming in and make sure that those people bring the projects new, that, you know, we have Bitcoin miners that are going to be at the show and are going to be looking for future opportunities.

Drew Guntert [00:25:33] That way. When they start doing the contracts, the leasing, the properties, royalties, the rights is that you know, they can start working Bitcoin mining into those contracts instead of vice versa when you know, hey, it’s drilled, you’re flaring and stuff like that. And then the Bitcoin miner comes and says, Hey, I would really like to mine off that. And then maybe an operator is like, I really don’t want to open up in an agreement.

Drew Guntert [00:25:56] This way, you know? NAPE The upstream of upstream, they get into those projects at the beginning and then it’s all square. So, you know, just kind of helping Bitcoin become more mainstream in the exploration process for oil and gas drilling.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:26:14] And then new this year. Well, first of all, we are going to have another governance panel, but we have it unveiled who the governors are going to be yet. So stay tuned for that. But we also, with the success of our renewable energy pavilion and the Bitcoin pavilion, we are going to add two more. We’re changing the name pavilion to Hub, and so we will have a minerals and royalties hub, which is going to be very exciting, something new. And then we’re also going to have a tech hub in addition to our renewable energy hub and the Bitcoin mining hub.

Rey Trevino [00:26:55] So I’ll say this, I think going into 2024, minerals and royalties are going to be huge and it’s going to be because of 1031 exchanges, in my opinion, with the fact that the office, you know, downtown offices are not getting filled.

Rey Trevino [00:27:13] So the real estate market is not where it was and 1031 exchange into an income producing property, you know, minerals, property, royalties, I think is a great thing to do. And so that’s exciting that you guys are going to have a mineral. I like those. And, you know, we try to have those in our portfolio as well but anyway, that’s really cool.

Rey Trevino [00:27:33] And then, Le’Ann, one of the things I do want to mention is that you are a part of APL and I want to do a shout-out to them because people wear that as we were saying in our preproduction meeting, you know, that’s a badge of honor for a land man to be a part of it, to go through training there. So I just wanted you to highlight some of that real quick if that’s all right.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:27:51] Yeah, absolutely. Yeah. So I still technically work for APL, so I’m the VP of APL and Nate. And so, you know, APL is the managing partner of NAPE, and so we’re all one big family, right? And APL is doing some great things. We expanded our definition of lean work to include renewables and, you know, all the energy sources we have a new renewable energy certificate for land in.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:28:24] In addition to that, our education foundation is doing some really great things. The Education Foundation actually sponsors our Energy innovation case study competition at NAPE. The Education Foundation puts up $40,000 and we have students from universities all across well, actually, I think even Mexico University, Mexico even competed this year and the $40,000 goes directly to those students who win.

Rey Trevino [00:29:00] Awesome.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:29:01] And so this year, the University of Chicago Booth was first place winner and then I believe SMU was a winner and the University of Texas, Austin, and TCU won the year before. So I’m just going to give that plug to my horned frogs.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:29:16] But so every year that’s one of the things that we added to NAPE is again, attracting the young professionals to the energy industry. And I’m just really proud of the Appeal Education Foundation for putting up the prize money. It is I believe TCU, their group help they their faculty help us organize that case study they said it’s the thing the largest prize money of any case study that goes on. So yeah.

Drew Guntert [00:29:47] Yeah I think we had the year before in 22 we had one of the winners take the money about in an engagement ring with his winnings.

Rey Trevino [00:29:54] Well good for him.

Drew Guntert [00:29:55] Yeah.

Rey Trevino [00:29:55] Yeah. Right.

Drew Guntert [00:29:56] Yeah. So it’s always fun to hand out that money and then whoever wins and stuff, we always get a little feedback of what they set the money on.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:30:04] In our, our industry is in good hands I watched some of those presentations and wow, I was blown away very well.

Rey Trevino [00:30:13] But can and that sounds like something that’s definitely check out the next year.

Le’Ann Callihan [00:30:17] Yeah, for sure.

Rey Trevino [00:30:19] And it’s really not even a year away, but 2024 is literally right around the corner. Le’Ann we’re running short on time. I say short. We’re running out of time for today’s episode. Can you leave us with you know, leave us with some parting information and how people can get a hold of you guys?
