Offshore jackup rig player Borr Drilling has secured further work for three of its units in a 24-strong fleet.

The New York- and Oslo-listed company has bagged an extension for the 2013-built rig Mist from Valeura Energy offshore Thailand and is now fixed until August 2026.

Additionally, the 2013-built jackup rig Prospector 1 had further option exercised and is now firmly contracted until July 2025 to ONE-Dyas for work offshore the UK and Netherlands.

The third extension was secured for the Keppel FELS-built premium rig Hild which will keep the unit working for Fieldwood Energy offshore Mexico until March 2026.

Tor Olav Trøim-backed Borr Drilling will delist from the Oslo Stock Exchange at the end of the year after more then seven years of trading. The move aims to streamline Borr Drilling’s market presence and simplify trading for investors.
